As well as making the most of the University Careers Service and Handshake, have a look at some of the initiatives below, many of which are aimed at supporting students or recent graduates on the basis of ethnic identity.

Rare Recruitment

Rare recruitment is a recruitment company that specialises in diverse recruitment. Their website provides information on the different programmes they run, which focus mainly on law, banking, consulting and the Civil Service. Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) London

The SEO provides undergraduate students from underrepresented ethnic minority backgrounds the opportunity to undertake a summer internship within corporate law, investment banking or technology and programming.
