Rare recruitment is a recruitment company that specialises in diverse recruitment. Their website provides information on the different programmes they run, which focus mainly on law, banking, consulting and the Civil Service. The SEO provides undergraduate students from underrepresented ethnic minority backgrounds the opportunity to undertake a summer internship within corporate law, investment banking or technology and programming.
