Éireann worked on developing the Black Advisory Hub in its early stages. She has a firm belief that Access & Participation work should be about getting on as well as getting in, and enjoyed working to support the co-researchers develop the website as well as shape the future of the Black Advisory Hub. She remains a member of the Steering Group and is looking forward to seeing how the Hub positively shapes the experience of Black students at Cambridge, as well as how it can promote inclusive practice and curriculum reform across Departments.

David worked with Éireann to set up the Black Advisory Hub by looking at what core activities needed to be put in place. He was involved in building online resources with the student co-creators, and is keen on developing the various partnerships across the University that need to happen to ensure the Black Advisory Hub meets its set objectives going forward.
