Black Advisory Hub

We are currently seeking ten students to work as co-facilitators for this year's upcoming First Year Induction Programme for Black students. This programme was initially formed in response because students working with the Black Advisory Hub had shared that Black students valued an opportunity to network and be informed about Cambridge resources and support services. We are looking for enthusiastic students to be co-facilitators for the First Year Induction Programme, to coordinate the schedules for both days, organise activities such as breakout sessions with incoming students, facilitate conversation with staff members from student services, and more.

To apply, please fill in this application form by Friday 8th July.

Roles: Ten Cambridge students (undergrad or postgrad) as co-facilitators of the Induction Programme
Rate of pay: Grade 5 Level 1 on a temporary contract (£14.22 per hour) for approximately 10 hours per student
Scheme of work: 2 training meetings, 1 online event Sep, 1 in-person event October

Please direct any queries to: contact@blackadvisory.hub.cam.ac.uk

Note that students will have to provide evidence of right to work, and Senior Tutor (if undergrad) and Supervisor/College Tutor (if postgrad) permission will be sought, even for work out of term time.
