The Black Advisory Hub is seeking a current postgraduate student to work with the BAH team in coordinating the First Year Induction programme for the academic year 2024-25. This project work will involve designing the pre-term online session in September, coordinating a programme of staff and student speakers, as well as the in-term in-person events in Michaelmas Term for undergraduates and postgraduates. The role will suit someone with strong project management skills, strong administrative capacities, a collaborative approach to event design, and a commitment to peer support. Applicants must self-identify as Black and be willing to represent the Black Advisory Hub at a range of working groups, and to work in close collaboration with the Cambridge Centre for Teaching and Learning. A network of contacts across the collegiate University, for instance with Black student societies, will be an advantage.
The closing date for applications is the 6 June 2024. For more information and to apply please go to: https://forms.office.com/e/zMkwLA5iHh
